How do I upload my video?
Scan the QR code on your ForeverPlay piece with any phone. You’ll be taken to a secure upload page — no app needed.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once when you buy the piece, and the video stays live forever. No monthly or yearly fees.
Can I change the video later?
Yes — anytime. Re-scan the code and upload a new video to replace the old one.
How long can my video be?
Up to 5 minutes, in standard phone video formats (MP4, MOV).
What’s your return policy?
Unused pieces can be returned within 30 days. Once you’ve uploaded a video to a piece, it’s considered personalized and is final sale.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the US only. International shipping is coming soon.
